Role Accountabilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all passenger touchpoints, ensuring a smooth and positive travel experience
- Coordinate closely with Check-in, Boarding Gate, Ramp, Lounge, and Cargo teams to ensure seamless operations
- Supervise service partners and ground handling staff to maintain high standards of passenger handling
- Guide passengers to the correct areas including Arrival Hall, Departure Gates, and Lounges
- Verify travel documents and ensure compliance with entry requirements for all destinations
- Coordinate with key airport departments such as Cargo, Fuel, Baggage Services, and Catering
- Handle company emails and manage flight-related documentation with accuracy
- Manage baggage claims and support efficient flight turnarounds
- Ensure strict adherence to Safety, Security, and On-Time Performance standards at all times
Qualifications and Requirements?
- Males only
- Egyptians only
- Alexandria residents only
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in a similar aviation or ground handling role is preferred (maximum of 2 years of experience)
- Solid knowledge of airport operations including Passenger and Baggage Handling, Weight and Balance, and Dangerous Goods regulations
- Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
