About the Role:
As a Traffic Agent, you will be at the heart of our passenger operations, ensuring that every departure is safe, organized, and on time. You will be the friendly and professional face that passengers remember as they board their flights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in boarding passengers onto departing aircraft in an orderly and efficient manner
- Prepare all flight clearance paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Prepare the boarding gate area before each flight departure
- Coordinate with the Shift Leader and Ramp Officer regarding VIP, PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility), and transit passengers
- Ensure passengers are ready for boarding at the appropriate time
- Complete boarding on schedule and secure the gate area after departure
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Good computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure
- Willingness to learn and apply technical policies and regulations
- Experience in customer support via phone and face-to-face interactions
- Ability and willingness to work any shift, including holidays and overtime during periods of critical operational need
Work Conditions:
- Location: Hurghada Station
- Employee accommodation is not available – Hurghada residents only
- Working hours are cyclical based on operational requirements
- Flexibility for weekend work is essential
- Social and medical insurance provided
