Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate aircraft arrival and departure procedures to ensure smooth and timely operations
- Handle passenger check-in, boarding, and gate operations with efficiency and professionalism
- Prepare and verify flight documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate closely with airline representatives and airport authorities to facilitate seamless operations
- Ensure full compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in airport operations, passenger services, or traffic handling
