Crew Tracking Intern
As a Crew Tracking Intern, you will gain practical exposure to the day-to-day coordination that keeps our flight operations running smoothly.
- Assist in monitoring daily crew assignments and flight schedules
- Support crew availability tracking and operational coordination
- Assist with crew roster updates and operational changes
- Gain exposure to crew management systems and airline operations
- Support daily reporting and shift handovers
Crew Reservation Intern
As a Crew Reservation Intern, you will play a supporting role in coordinating crew travel and accommodation, ensuring our crews are well taken care of.
- Assist with crew travel arrangements and hotel reservations
- Support the coordination of crew accommodation and transportation requirements
- Maintain accurate crew reservation records
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding crew travel arrangements
- Assist with reservation changes and daily operational requests
What We Are Looking For?
- University graduates only (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply)
- A strong interest in aviation and airline operations
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team
- Willingness and flexibility to work rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
