Flyplus Airlines is looking for motivated and customer-focused Traffic Officers to join our Ground Handling team at Cairo International Airport. As a Traffic Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient passenger operations, from check-in through boarding and arrivals. You will be the face of our airline on the ground, representing our commitment to safety, punctuality, and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate passenger handling activities, including check-in, boarding, and arrivals
- Ensure smooth and efficient passenger flow throughout airport operations
- Coordinate with ground handling agents and relevant airport departments
- Handle passenger inquiries and operational disruptions professionally
- Monitor flight handling activities to support safe and on-time departures
- Ensure compliance with airline procedures, airport regulations, and safety standards
- Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to relevant departments
What We Are Looking For?
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Previous experience in airline or airport ground operations is preferred
- Good knowledge of passenger handling and airport procedures is an advantage
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays
