Are you passionate about helping customers and solving problems? Air Cairo is looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our passengers.
What We Are Looking For?
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 1 to 4 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer handling skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM or customer service systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and travel procedures (an advantage)
