New Star Aviation Services is expanding its ground operations team, and we're looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals to join us as Airport Customer Service Agents. Based at either Hurghada International Airport (HRG) or Sharm El Sheikh International Airport (SSH), this role places you right in the heart of the action at two of Egypt's busiest and most beautiful travel hubs.

What You'll Be Doing?
As the face of New Star Aviation Services, you'll be the first and last person our passengers remember. Your day will involve assisting international travelers, solving problems on the spot, handling check-in procedures, and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression of their journey through our airports. This is a sales-involved role too—so comfort with offering services and products confidently is key.
We're Looking For Someone Who Brings:
- Fluency in English – you'll use it daily and confidently.
- An additional language – you must speak either Russian or Italian at a professional level.
- Age between 23 and 35 – we've found this range aligns well with the demands and lifestyle of the role.
- Proven sales experience – you know how to engage, recommend, and close politely and effectively.
- Strong people skills – communication, patience, and quick thinking are essential when handling diverse travelers and unexpected situations.
