What We're Looking For?

- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in English Commerce or Political Science—though we're open to other fields if you have the right skills.
- Strong computer literacy, especially with MS Office. If you've worked with operational systems before, that's a definite advantage.
- An excellent command of English, both written and spoken—you'll be drafting and reviewing documents with care.
- Real communication and interpersonal skills—you'll be coordinating across teams and with external contacts regularly.
- The ability to work efficiently when the pressure is on and deadlines are looming.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities—you won't always have time to double-check with a manager.
- A natural sense of punctuality and a serious commitment to attendance. We need people we can count on.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational shift basis. Our operations run 24/7, 365 days a year—including weekends and public holidays.
