Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking candidates who combine technical qualifications with a genuine passion for service. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Be between 18 and 33 years of age
- Hold at least a High School Diploma or equivalent (higher education is preferred)
- Speak fluent English and Arabic (both written and spoken)—additional languages like Russian are a strong advantage
- Maintain a healthy weight proportional to height, with the ability to reach 2.20 meters standing
- Be able to swim confidently (with or without a life vest)
- Be willing to travel and remain outside Cairo for extended periods as operations require
- For male applicants: Military service must be completed or exemption verified
- Be in excellent health, free from chronic illnesses or disabilities that could impact job performance
- Possess a clean security record with no criminal history and no involvement in political activities contrary to Egyptian law
- Hold a valid license on Airbus A320/A321 and/or Boeing B737—this is essential
