Join the Team Keeping Jazeera Airways Flying High: Storekeeper in Kuwait!

Behind every flawless takeoff and safe landing at Jazeera Airways is a dedicated ground team ensuring our aircraft have exactly what they need, precisely when they need it. We're currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Storekeeper to join our Materials and Supply Chain team in Kuwait City. If you have a knack for inventory management, understand the critical nature of aviation parts, and take pride in maintaining order in a fast-paced environment, this role offers you the chance to contribute directly to the operational success of one of the region's leading low-cost carriers.

Your Role: The Heart of Our Materials Operation

As a Storekeeper, you are the crucial link between our supply chain and our maintenance teams. Your primary mission is to ensure that every spare part, tool, and material is stored correctly, documented accurately, and issued efficiently to support both line and base maintenance. Working closely with the Materials and Supply Chain team, you'll help guarantee that parts availability never becomes a bottleneck, keeping our fleet ready and reliable. This is a hands-on role that demands precision, a strong sense of responsibility, and a solid understanding of aviation regulatory standards.

A Closer Look at Your Daily Responsibilities:

    • Issuing with Accuracy: You'll be responsible for issuing spare parts and materials to support ongoing line maintenance and scheduled base maintenance events, ensuring the right part reaches the right technician at the right time.
    • Maintaining Optimal Storage: You'll oversee that all storage facilities are kept in peak condition, strictly adhering to aviation standards for safety, cleanliness, and proper material handling.
    • Anticipating Maintenance Needs: You'll help update material requirements for major scheduled events—think engine changes, C-checks, and other planned or unscheduled tasks—so nothing is left to chance.
    • Upholding Safety and Compliance: Following company and regulatory guidelines isn't just a checkbox—it's how we operate. You'll consistently apply safety, housekeeping, and material handling procedures.
    • Managing Physical Movement: From delivering parts directly to the aircraft to collecting removed components, you'll ensure seamless physical flow of materials across the operation.
    • Supporting Inspections and Binning: You'll assist Store Inspectors in correctly binning newly received and inspected materials, maintaining an organized and accessible inventory.
    • Keeping Meticulous Records: You'll generate and update a variety of reports, tracking quarantine items, unserviceable parts, pick slip transactions, fast-moving stock, and overall inventory levels.
    • Ensuring Documentation Integrity: Every issued rotable part must have its serviceable tag and supporting documents. You'll also follow up on removed components, ensuring they are properly tagged and documented upon return.
    • Picking, Packing, and Counting: You'll handle the careful picking and packing of both serviceable and unserviceable materials, and actively participate in annual and mid-year stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy.

What You Bring to the Team?

We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a solid foundation in aviation supply chain practices.

    • A degree in Supply Chain, Aircraft Maintenance, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
    • At least two years of hands-on experience in aviation supply chain or materials handling.
    • A solid grasp of supply chain procedures and industry best practices.
    • Familiarity with key aviation documents, including authorized release certificates, shop findings reports, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and certificates of conformity.
    • A clear understanding of aircraft parts classification—knowing the difference between rotables, consumables, and expendables.
    • Comfort working with airline ERP systems and standard spreadsheet software.
    • Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic, written and spoken.

    Why Join Jazeera Airways?
