Air Cairo Is Hiring a Cargo Supervisor in Cairo!
Air Cairo is currently looking to strengthen its ground operations team with an experienced Cargo Supervisor based in Cairo. This is a great opportunity for professionals who have built solid experience in air cargo or ground handling and are ready to take on a more responsible, fast-paced role within a growing airline environment.
In this position, you will play a key role in overseeing daily cargo operations, ensuring shipments are handled efficiently, safely, and in line with operational standards. The role requires someone who can stay organized under pressure, communicate effectively with different teams, and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism throughout the workflow.
You’ll be expected to manage operational priorities, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, and ensure smooth cargo handling processes from acceptance to delivery. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing operational demands are essential, especially in a dynamic aviation setting.
What You'll Do Daily?
- Oversee daily cargo operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain smooth workflows.
- Monitor shipment handling from acceptance to final delivery.
- Manage operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to procedures.
- Maintain clear communication across all operational levels.
- Adapt to changing operational demands and resolve issues quickly.
What We're Looking For?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in air cargo operations or ground handling.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with operational systems.
- Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
- Ability to perform under operational pressure.
- Strong sense of punctuality, reliability, and commitment.
- Flexibility to work beyond standard working hours when required.
