What You'll Be Doing?
As an Initial Flight Dispatcher, you'll play a critical role in our daily operations. Working closely with pilots and ground teams, you'll help plan flights, monitor weather and routing conditions, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. This role requires sharp organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to stay calm and focused when schedules change or unexpected challenges arise. Shift work is part of the job—aviation never sleeps, and neither does our commitment to safety.
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a valid Egyptian civil aviation license.
- Have a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Speak and write English very well—clear communication is essential.
- Possess solid computer skills and comfort with standard office and operational software.
- Demonstrate strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Be ready and willing to work in shifts and perform well under pressure.
It will be an advantage if you also have:
- Previous experience in airline operations or flight dispatch.
