Air Cairo is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Cargo Specialist to join our Cairo operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about aviation logistics, thrive under operational pressure, and want to build a career in the air cargo and ground handling sector.
As a Cargo Specialist, you’ll be an essential part of our cargo operations, ensuring smooth handling and timely processing of shipments. You’ll coordinate closely with our team to maintain high operational standards, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and support day-to-day logistics in a fast-paced airport environment. Punctuality, reliability, and flexibility to work beyond standard hours will be key to success.
What You'll Do Daily?
- Ensure smooth handling and timely processing of cargo shipments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain operational standards.
- Support day-to-day logistics in a fast-paced airport environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Adapt to changing schedules and operational demands.
- Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and flexibility in all tasks.
Who We’re Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Aviation Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 3–5 years of experience in air cargo operations or ground handling is a plus.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with digital tools.
- Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Punctual, reliable, and adaptable to varying operational schedules.
