What You'll Do: More Than a Flight, a Journey
As a Flight Attendant with Royal Jordanian, you become the face and heart of our airline. Every flight is a chance to create a positive, lasting impression. Your responsibilities go far beyond serving meals—you're there to ensure peace of mind, comfort, and genuine care in every interaction.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting passengers with a sincere welcome as they board, helping them find their seats, and assisting with hand luggage or any seating concerns to set a calm, positive tone from the start.
- Being a visible, approachable presence throughout the flight—making clear announcements, updating passengers on any changes, and responding promptly to requests or questions.
- Taking the lead in emergencies with confidence and composure, and providing first aid whenever the need arises.
- Conducting thorough pre-flight checks: verifying safety equipment, ensuring the cabin is spotless, confirming meals—including special dietary orders—are onboard, and checking that first aid supplies and landing cards are ready.
- Demonstrating safety procedures professionally before every takeoff, so passengers feel informed and at ease.
- Serving meals and refreshments in line with Royal Jordanian's service standards, always with a smile and attention to detail.
- Ensuring a safe and orderly disembarkation, and double-checking overhead lockers, toilets, and galleys for any belongings left behind.
- Completing post-flight paperwork accurately, including stock control and logging any issues, while coordinating smoothly with ground staff.
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking individuals who naturally put others at ease and carry themselves with grace, professionalism, and genuine warmth. To be considered, you'll need:
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in English—both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills and a naturally customer-oriented mindset.
- A well-groomed, professional appearance that reflects positively on our airline.
- A keen awareness of safety and security protocols.
- Solid time management skills to handle the pace and flow of flight duties.
- A height of at least 158 cm, with weight proportional to height.
