- Hurghada
- Sharm El Sheikh
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily correspondence with airline companies and ensure clear and professional communication
- Monitor and review daily flight operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance
- Prepare accurate and timely operational reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate with airport authorities and relevant stakeholders to facilitate seamless operations
- Follow up on airline requests and update them in the operational system promptly
- Monitor aircraft movements and enter operational data into the system with precision
- Track daily flight schedules and ensure all operational information is updated accurately and on time
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 0 to 3 years of experience (fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and professional email correspondence
- Ability to work in a rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
