Nesma Airlines is Hiring – Crew Tracking Specialist!
Nesma Airlines is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Crew Tracking Specialist to join our Operations Team. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys the challenge of coordinating complex logistics, we would love to hear from you.
This is a key role within our operations department, where you will be responsible for ensuring that our flight crews are efficiently scheduled, supported, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth execution of our daily flight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing crew rosters to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
- Monitoring and coordinating daily crew operations, including last-minute changes and adjustments
- Ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations and company policies
- Coordinating crew travel arrangements, accommodation, and other logistical needs
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date crew records, qualifications, and certifications
What We Are Looking For?
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required
- Experience in aviation operations or crew scheduling is preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools and digital solutions is a plus
