What We Are Looking For?
- A university degree in a relevant field
- 1 to 4 years of experience in airline reservations, ticketing, or call center operations
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems, ticketing, and fare rules (preferred)
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo and CRM tools (an advantage)
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
