What You'll Be Doing?
As our Station Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our daily ground operations—making sure everything runs smoothly from check-in to departure. You'll work closely with your team to ensure passengers have a seamless experience, coordinate with other ground staff, and help maintain the high standards Skyvision Airlines is known for. This role is about more than managing tasks; it's about being present,解决问题, and keeping operations moving efficiently and professionally.
Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking someone who brings both the right qualifications and the right mindset. Here's what we need from you:
- A diploma or university degree
- Two to three years of hands-on experience in ground handling or passenger operations
- Good command of English, both spoken and written—you'll be communicating clearly with colleagues and passengers alike
- Solid computer skills to handle daily operational tasks
- A neat, professional appearance that reflects well on our brand
- A strong willingness to learn and continuously improve your skills
- The ability to work as a genuine team player, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive atmosphere
- Respect for others' ideas and the ability to follow leadership instructions with a constructive attitude
