Sky Vision Airlines is looking for a detail-oriented, level-headed professional to join our team as a Security Coordinator. If you have a keen eye for compliance, enjoy working closely with airport authorities, and want to play a vital role in keeping our operations secure, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You'll Be Doing?
In this role, you will work directly under our Security Manager, acting as a key link between Sky Vision Airlines, airport security authorities, and other relevant entities. Your focus will be on making sure every security procedure—whether related to company IDs, airport passes, or the rules outlined in our aviation security program—is followed to the letter.
More specifically, you will:
- Make sure that any Sky Vision employee who needs access to Security Identification Display Areas (SIDA)—including ground staff, security personnel, catering teams, and maintenance crews—receives proper authorization from the appropriate airport authorities, following all their rules and procedures.
- Prepare, review, and submit the necessary paperwork to the Security Manager for SIDA access applications.
- Obtain entry permits to the airport for our employees and visitors.
- Handle all domestic airport requisition forms and issue airport passes.
- Work directly with airport police authorities, providing all required data for pass applications.
- Receive approved airport passes and deliver them to the relevant departments across the company.
What We're Looking For?
We are seeking candidates who bring both the right qualifications and the right mindset. To be considered, you should have:
- A university degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Good command of English, both spoken and written.
- Physical, psychological, and mental fitness for the role.
- A neat and professional appearance.
- Age not exceeding 35 years at the time of appointment.
- A clean criminal background record.
- Basic knowledge of aviation security regulations, measures, and procedures.
