What You'll Be Doing?
As our Lost & Found Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in turning around a stressful situation for our passengers. When luggage goes missing or an item gets left behind, you become the person who makes it right. Working within our ground operations team at Cairo, you'll track, trace, and coordinate the return of lost items with professionalism and empathy. Your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and solve problems under pressure will directly impact passenger satisfaction and our airline's reputation.
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking someone who combines operational know-how with genuine customer care. Here's what you'll need to be considered:
- A university degree in a relevant field such as aviation, logistics, or customer service.
- Between one and three years of hands-on experience in baggage handling or ground operations.
- Strong written and spoken English skills — you'll be communicating with passengers and partner airlines.
- Familiarity with the World Tracer system is a strong plus, as it will help you hit the ground running.
- Solid customer service instincts and excellent communication abilities.
- The resilience to perform well under pressure in a busy airport environment where things change quickly.
