Job Description
Kuwait Airways is recruiting for a Coordinator in Reservation Operation. The role involves managing schedule disruptions, coordinating with IOCC and DCs to minimize consequences and reduce costs. The role also involves monitoring ticket purchases, ensuring passengers are contacted for immediate ticket collection, and ensuring staff are notified of special handling requirements. The role also involves monitoring bookings made by other airlines, reconfirming space for passengers, liaising with space controllers about load fluctuations, and obtaining passenger names and information according to reservations procedures.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a secondary education, 6 years of experience in airline reservation, ticketing, or sales, and excellent English language skills
